Thanks for the patch [~catholicon]! After checking the oak-upgrade code, I
think it'd be hard to include the LuceneIndexEditorProvider, as it depends on
the recent lucene-core, while the oak-upgrade already includes Jackrabbit Core,
which depends on lucene-core 3.6.0.
So, postponing the indexing to the instance runtime, without triggering the
full reindexing indeed seems like the best option we have.
