[obc] ECLIPSE upgrades

Thanks a bunch for the advice.  I plan on using the bike for distance riding (comfort is a must!!) and some crit. racing.  I'm either going to get Mavic Open Pro wheels or Shimano WH R535 16 spoke Road Wheels both with Ultergra hubs.  Haven't decided yet!!
