I think it's in the bottom fishing phase.. N off course u know the psychological effect of it is the critical one that needed for recovery.. If those housing price increase then we got business.. Coz if not then all those crap paper will be cut n off course the effect will be not good at all.. And if the busines is running then the nature of housing loan will be automatically developed..
