saya kebetulan gak mesen pak. saya kurang suka business model nya. no special growth story. competitive advantage nya kurang elemen "magic" hehe. niche nya di perumahan namun itupun hanya 25% market cap dgn banyak serangan disana-sini dr kompetitor.jadi dengan NIM 5 % memang aman tapi tidak terlalu profitable dan suck-up cash dalam waktu panjang krn pembiayaannya jangka panjang. LDR sudah diatas 100 %. Tier 1 Capitalnya sudah limited ya. basically lack of growth factor meski memang aman sih. PRE IPO ROE nya dibawah BBNI sehingga harga nya di PBV segini kurang menarik buat proxy banking.
