I've been wanting to add this feature to obs for the longest time. I'd
like to be able to have N streams all in one process. I think this ought
to be on the slate for the next major release since it will require some
restructuring.

Unless you duplicate all the of elements of Obs including having another
database you can't run multiple streams on one machine. The biggest
problem is the play queue -- there is no infrastructure to support
multiple play queues.

Here is my tenative plan for the near future:

1) Implement recoding
2) Fix up the graphics for the new playlist manager
3) Fix the track transition bug -- this may get taken care of during #1
4) Fix Oocp.pl problem
5) Release 0.4.0pre-1
6) Fix bugs reported in 0.4.0-pre1
7) Release 0.4.0
8) Add multiple streams support
9) Release 0.5.0pre-1

How does that sound?
