I'm not sure if this is related, but I have a number of MP3s that do
this. We use the RTP transmitter and everything works mostly great, but
there are a couple (few?) that just blip, bloop, and pop. After that
song, the stream continues as normal. However, if you hit stop and hit
play again, the stream plays fine, but freeamp will crash when the next
'good' file starts playing. Sometimes it crashes when it gets a bad
file, but it doesn't happen often enough to really catch it. With 24
hour streaming, it'll happen maybe once a day (blip/bloop), and crash
less often than once a week. This is freeamp under Linux.
