Ok, this is actually a freeamp problem. FreeAmp cannot handle switching
sampling rates in the middle of a stream. The variable bitrate is not an
issue, since obs supports VBR streams, which can change bitrate
arbitrarily.
Do you see this problem between any two files with the same sampleing
rate?
