[obs-dev]MP3/Tags.pm

Doh!

I installed the latest CVS to create patches and make sure things kept
working with the server, and now I have the ``can't find MP3/Tags.pm''
problem from perl.  I know there was an easy fix, but I didn't pay
attention and I can't find a list archive.

What happened?
