Rob, thanks for the reply.  I built the kernel with the multicasting settings
enabled, so I'm fairly certain thats correct.  I also tried tinkering around
with RTPTransmitter.cpp setting socket option SO_BROADCAST for the title
stream, among others, with no luck.  I'm going to rebuild obs on another box
and see what happens.
