Johnny The lady from Pro Cut (in Station Rd) lives at No 1 and has repeatedly complained that the dog who is constantly locked up, never taken on walks etc. She is very concerned about this poor animal, maybe you can have a talk to her, She feels that the dog should be removed from these people.
