Hi Lydia, Sorry to hear about your loss and frustration.
There is one more thing you can do, even if it is to vent your own frustration. That is to write a posting to www.hellopeter.com and if more of us would, maybe maybe one day they may wake up. Normally Standard Bank will phone you and write on their site that they will be investigating. That is all they seem to do - get names and contact details. In the meantime it is hoped they loose customers.
