When I cam out of my house this morning I noted that since the CCC are now putting hardened plastic man hole covers over the manholes where the metal ones were stolen. Now we have a new trick we steal the metal drain pipe that has been placed in the pavement from the house drain to the road. I noted this morning two of these had been pinched in Campbell Road. See the photos attached. Picture 1 situation if the drain pipes Picture 3 is what should have been in the ground Pictures 2 and 4 show where the drain pipes have been removed. Who do I need to send these to in the council to get them replaced? Doug.
