He gave chase in his car and eventually cornered them in Lower Main Rd, where they promptly offloaded the stolen pipes in the middle of the road and trotted off in the opposite direction (the fact that he then got embroiled in a heated discussion with some bleeding heart passer-by accusing him of victimising those less fortunate than him prevented him from taking further action) Bottom line is to phone the sector vehicles when horse-drawn carts are in the vicinity. The chances that they're out for a leisurely constitutional drive and are merely enjoying the beauty of our suburb are slim.
