I think I've seen this man in lower Bowden Road a couple of months
back - he was standing in front of one of the houses which has an
extremely high  wall around it.  He was standing in the road in front
of it and looking like he was going to do something.  I parked my car
and watched him - he then walked off up the road.  Now that his
climbing abilities are evident I think he was planning to jump over
the wall of that house.  He is a big man.
