I do not for a second believe their stats but I would hazzard a guess and say in Obs a the percentage of dagga smokers would be a lot higher (oooh awful pun intended) than just 8% - this is after all part of what makes our suburb what it is.
So it really should be considered a sad day when an Obs Dagga warehouse is bust and closed down. Where will the good citizens of Obs buy there wares now? The only real crime heres is that dagga is illegal in the first place. And judging by the crap that Jerry and other well know local hawkers are known to sell I would hardly believe their potency claims either. Maybe they take the good stuff to Constantia were they will find buyers better able to afford it. Brian you do seem to dredge up old news as the above mentioned bust was I am sure circulated on this group before, and my tears have long since dried. but I must express my gratitude for alerting us to that 18 month old article from the Africans web site - made me laugh very loudly.
