I don't disagree but perhaps a necessary word of warning; it can (in a small minority who are susceptible) lead to a psychotic episode - and these are not much fun. i.e. Any substance which affects the brain chemistry is not entirely safe. But it does not usually lead to domestic violence or deaths on the road.
