Oh God - This is horrific! Here's hoping the thug is found (....I suppose it may well be a child ?) It makes me want to go and spend a week in this road just to watch..... Is there no-one in Strubens who might be prepared to do this ?
What about the people on either side of the person concerned ? Do the neighbours on either side of the pet owner have a dislike of/ for animals ?
