As far as I'm aware, a licence isn't necessary for a pellet gun.
Also, they don't make much noise (at all) when fired - not like a
revolver....
I'd think pellets wld be available from any gun outlet.
Sigh....


Is the kitty owner, aware of any particular garden that Kitty might
visit from time to time ?

I have a friend who gets frantic when cats enter her garden (in
Newlands) because they frighten the bird life;  but shooting them
wldn't occur to her.  She just dances around a bit when a cat
visits.....
