About this problem, I'll make a phone call to the below number too, to add impetus. On Sunday morning at 9.30am when I walked to my NIA dancing class which is opposite City Rock, I thought I'd take a look. The problem is at No 5 Drake St and there were several vagrants sleeping at the front of the house and the smell was very bad, even just walking past. In addition to the social and crime problem, it is a health hazard too and this is not the place for it. Thanks Sandy Pienaar
