I was a fraction too late to catch them at it but saw the vehicle and
the perps around 6.10pm on Monday as they were loading the second
gulley. Two strapping youths doing the dirty work and at least one
other [the driver] in the vehicle cab and maybe a second person. A big
white pick-up/open bakkie, half on the pavement half in the street. I
didn' t get the model but reported this registration to the
Copperheads: CY159920. Brazen and quick, and know what they're doing.
