I am not sure as it was the gentlemen living on the western corner of Lower
Wrensch and Milner who saw him and told me and the police about it. He
wanted to take a photograph of him, but his camera was not nearby. It seems
we both have regularly been taking photographs of suspicious-looking
characters, just in case one could be identified.
