Your comment about a chap taking photos of houses in the area is interesting. I once saw a tallish coloured chap taking photos of properties in Merrick Street. So as much as he was pushing a WW trolley, he also had a cell phone and was taking photos with it. Yet I've been told criminals are stupid..... When I once asked Inspector Nel if he found criminals stupid, he responded ".....don't *ever* underestimate them". They're awake, they're clever........and they're out there........watching our movements......
