I think it should be closed. Although having recently got a bike it
will mean I would have to go over the bridge to get to the other side
of the line!   What is going to happen to the ramps leading down to
the subway?  They would also need to be closed off or filled in. And
the small bits of land on either side could be planted and paved with
a bench!  The ugly tar could be dug up on the lower Wrench side.  But
If the railway line fence is not fixed this will all be rather
pointless! Is that in the pipeline?
