I agree with Johann, and I'm glad the poll is not being used as a basis for action. Even residents, as he points out, might not be the primary users of the subway - especially given that a fair proportion will be car owners. It's really honest pedestrians who will suffer by having to take long detours if the subway is shut during the day. During the night is another matter, I think.
