I just want to clarify a few things. According to our Control Monitoring Centre (CMC) and the relevant vehicle tracking and dispatching systems, the response time of ADT vehicle W08 was 7 minutes to the incident that occurred on 23rd January in the vicinity of Cambridge Road. The vehicle was dispatched at 12H28 and arrived at 12H35. At 12H39 the Armed Response Officer reported to our CMC that a suspect was caught. Based on the above information, the response time to this incident was 7 minutes, and not 20 minutes as indicated in the correspondence below.
