A tall, black very lean (apparently Xhosa-but looks more like kongolese) man, just broke into our neighbors house at around 12.30 PM on Saturday 23rd of Jan. They were sitting in the lounge, when one of their visitors saw a shadow moving pass the door. They chased the guy and caught him right outside the YMCA Basketball court. After a short battle they had him down on the floor. ADT and police were alerted. Both had a pathetic response time of about 20 minutes. The culprit also had two shirts on him which he claimed were his- but didn't look like his. They are freshly washed and look more like he picked it of some washingline in the area. I have a picture of the shirts attached to this post. Couldn't take a pic of the culprit as he was already loaded in the police van.
