About a month ago at the W/stock SAPS I happened to see a photo of a wanted
arsonist.
There've been a few fires in Obs since the start of 2010......the grassy
patch between Main Rd and William St; the fire at the cemetery on about 22
Jan; and now your place.
While out patrolling late last year (....it would have been just before our
radios went on the blink) I saw a refuse bin alight in Dove Street
(....which neighbours also spotted and doused).

Coincidence ? It's anyone's guess.....

(Also, the MO of your break-in, Reinmar, appears to be the same as one that
occured at the Green Elephant late last year......except that in this
instance the very neatly removed pain of glass *had been put back in the
window frame*.)

It seems to me a strange thing that your alarm failed..... ? ?
