Good minutes are essential to ensure that the action agreed at each meeting happens. We must thank Rob Gaylard for the meticulous minutes he has prepared for the ONW, Sector and the Social Issues Forum. Unfortunately he has retired to start a new career. At the same time we have more meetings with the advent of the Obsid and its sub-committees. Woodstock CPF and Exco Monthly Obs NHW Monthly Sector meeting Every 2 months Community Centre Monthly Business Forum Monthly Obsid Directors Monthly Crime Every 2 weeks Ecology Monthly Projects Monthly Indigents Monthly Brian Amery gallantly stepped into the breach and took on all the minutes and the Woodstock CPF minutes as well. In my opinion that is far too much in addition to his many other duties at this critical time. More important, it is very difficult for him to contribute his views to the meetings at the same time as taking the minutes.
