I can understand your frustration and sympathise an can only offer the following.
1. You rshoudl have objected to the party taken place (you never mentioned that you did) - Most people have parties that run till 12pm when the music is (hopefully) expected to be turned down. 2. Did you call the police - sometimes you have to coax them out and normally calling the shift commander does the trick - if there was non-performance of the police - ie not coming or not causing the music to be shutoff or turned down to non disturbing levels - then you could report the matter direct to Colonel vd Riel at the Woodstock police station. What can you do now? !. You have already mailed this group 2. Write a letter to the house owner. 3. Write a letter to the school concerned - was there alcohol involved - no doubt as I remember the after parties for the plays we did when I was at school!!!!!!! 4. Write a letter to he press naming the school. 5. Speak to the guys at NAG/ONW/OCA like Henk, Frank and James - they are the guys keeping tabs on noise disturbances. Hope this helps Trev -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Observatory Neighbourhood watch" group.
