THIS CHAP IS OUT ON PAROLE FOR SUNDRY CAR BREAK-INS (....as confirmed by the SAPS).
He allegedly has a drug habit that he is compelled to feed. Note: He is a very "casual" operator who will probably change his hair style after being photographed....so take another careful look at his photos. He's approx. 1.75 metres tall. If any ONW member should see him please contact Vetus Schola who will pursue him until they manage to catch him in the act of breaking into a car. YOU ARE ASKED NOT TO CONFRONT HIM.
