Sorry to whinge yet again BUT a new roll of plastic bags put into the park yesterday afternoon was stolen within 24hrs.......... I have now had to purchase 3 chains and padlocks. If this does not deter the bag-snatchers, there is nothing more I can do apart from no longer asking the OCA to fund them. Come on guys - this is a wonderful FREE facility we have, don't abuse it.
