I am nearly 63 years old. All you have to do is bend down and look where to hook the lock - it is NOT difficult. Sorry to disagree with you, but even I manage. The other option is to have the "box" removed, leave the brass lock exposed and have it cut off by thieves............ - the park will then be open to all and sundry. Any suggestions then?
