Whilst I do have a generous sense of humour, it was not a particularly funny experience and my staff are very disturbed by it, particularly since again - this morning - the same man and car was seen cruising past our offices not long before 8 this morning, when one of my staff was alone. We have reason to believe that the guys plates are fake and, based on this, and other reports from neighbours, he is a regular in the area. Again - be vigilant for a white BMW reg: BPP 523 EC, coloured male occupant. Apparently, he can be arrested for having fake number plates so this is potentially a viable lead.
