If shacks are being erected in the reeds, and illicit meat is being dumped in
the area - then who is responsible to check and police this area?

No Chris - not in our boundary - outside our boundary.
Not that it makes things any better.
Our security people advise that shacks are being erected in the reeds.
At the end of our initial three year term we will have the option to expand our
area and take in the other side of the river. We did not do so in the initial
stages as we thought the expense would exceed the income. This scenario has
changed with a far more realistic valuation on the River Club in the new
valuation role.
My feeling is that our community would like to be involved with the river and
the TRUP group. There is a whole process involved in doing this but I would be
interested in receiving initial comments.
