The organisations responsible are the same as with out the improvement
district:

The City of Cape Town ( Displaced Peoples Unit, Illegal Shack Unit Health
Dept, Law Enforcement, Parks and Recreation Dept) - All very ghostly and non
responsive!

Our Councillor ( Cedric Thomas)  is our representative above - He should
hold the Depts to account

Woodstock Saps ( if a crime not related to a by law occurs!)


I support the area been included in the Obsid Area  when
the opportunity arises.
