I must tell you that I am cancelling my ADT subscription. The reason is not because of any particular incident although if you look through my emails to your predecessor you will find some bad ones. The ONW Google channel shows that there are clearly continuing problems with your service in Obs. I am moving to an alternative service which offers a vehicle devoted to Obs 24/7. I feel I owe it to my family to see that they are protected by what I consider is the best service. This is my top priority. I have cancelled the stop order. I see that my last payment to you went through on 3rd January so I assume that you will be covering me to the end of January?
