Hi Janet, Please see the Vetus Schola response below (forwarded to the OBSID email)
------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Janet, Thank you for your valued feedback. It is of course a great concern to us that it would seem your efforts to sign up with VS met with such frustration, for which we can only sincerely apologise. You can rest assured that we are already looking into exactly where the problem was/ is, and exactly why the gremlins seemed to succeed in fouling up the machinery of the process, especially when it has worked before and we have - we would like to believe - many happy clients in OBS. What we can say is that Anton Byleveldt is officially no longer with VS, and, without looking for excuses, there is no doubt that, regrettably, his departure caused some of the delay in responding timeously to clients or potential clients in terms of linking up or switching over to VS. You mentioned that you will be 'sticking with the devil you know' - we would welcome the opportunity (perhaps an undeserved one) to meet with you once again to show our commitment to delivering a quality service to both you as an individual and to OBS/ ONW in general. With regard to the matter of visibility of VS in OBS in terms of vehicles, patrols etc., this relates to a more directly operational matter, and again we wish to assure you that our Operations Director has already begun the process of investigating the matter and will give feedback in due course. One thing remains certain and that is our commitment to OBS, to our business partners, and to our clients, whether current, potential or otherwise. Our aim remains to play a pro-active part in working with all stakeholders, residents etc. in delivering the best possible security service as we seek to tackle crime and make OBS a safer place to be and in which to live. Sincerely, Shaun Hamilton Director Vetus Schola ------------------------------------------------ On Feb 21, 5:14 pm, janet <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello All, > > In response to David Raphael's email a few weeks ago, I decided to > cancel my ADT armed response service and go with vetus Schola.
