I am asking myself the question WHY SO MANY POWER OUTAGES
We in Observatory between Rochester Road, to Milton Road and from the lower main road to the top main road seem to suffer this inconvenience every time we have a little bit of rain. The area could be bigger but this is what I have ascertained. This is the third power outage in this area in the last couple of months. The latest one was still on the go from midnight last night to when I left home for work this morning What is the problem, and why can it not be fixed? I would be happy if someone could supply an answer, I have mailed the city, yet all the say they know about it....then nothing further.
