As a regular walker along the river on both sides am and pm... I oftern see Vitus Schola bakkies parked by the Wild Fig on the green and behind the wall of the river club... they seem to have friends ? who they talk to living in the canna's / reeds... one of them known as rasta... if they spend obcids time over there , surly they can start patrolling ?
