Well since I work at The Wild Fig and drive that road at least twice a day,
I can confirm that I see the Obsid vehicles quite often. Sometimes driving
as if on patrol and sometimes parked. I have mentioned this before and I
have not bothered of late as it suits me to have them patrolling and visible
in the area!

I again raise the question of your tracking. The cars can be live tracked
and should immediately notify you when they leave the boundaries. Or at the
very least the saved tracks can be analysed later and all the incidents of
vehicles going out side the boundaries can ve highlighted and questioned at
the time rather than week later - just saying.

Having said all that is it such a bad thing if that area is patrolled. I was
informed well into the setting up of the CID that that area was included and
I informed the two bodies I serve on of the plans and then it was a big
surprise that that area was not included - it was all part and parcel of the
gerrymandering <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerrymandering> that took place
to get the CID established.

Brian himself has said that this was an error. So I don't think it
unreasonable for the vehicles to visit - that road is a definite entry and
exit point for a lot of dodgy characters. Also with the recent muggings
along the Liesbeek would have justified a quick patrol down Liesbeek Avenue
every so often.

However when the vehicle parks there that is unacceptable - it should be a
quick in and out mission!
