We take this very seriously and would appreciate all and any detail so that we may investigate and give accurate feedback on what truly transpired. I would also respectfully request clarity on the comment made about patrolling? My understanding is that the points system is still being checked by the CID representatives and there are no problems with regards to this point? If this is incorrect please confirm so that we may deal with this immediately. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to give feedback and to improve our service and effectiveness. I hope to receive feedback as soon as convenient to be able to address this matter.
