Good arrest made by Saps**** *IMMEDIATE MEDIA RELEASE* All Media **** * * *JULY 2011/07/14. * *Media Statement by the Station Commissioner , Woodstock, Area West Metropole, Western Cape , Sergeant Hilton Malila .* ** ** *TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY AND POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY AND THEFT* * * On Tuesday (2011-07-12) at approximately 10:00 , Constable Vusi Thebe of the Woodstock police brilliantly followed up information regarding a burglary that was reported at the Upper East hotel, and arrested two suspects in Woodstock .**** The arrest follows when officer Thebe attended to the burglary complaint at the Hotel and followed up on leads viewed on the surveillance cameras on the premises . **** According to the complainant, two men visited their room the previous night , and allegedly stole their excess cards to their room on the third floor . It is been alleged that the suspects returned during the night and stole cellular phones and other personal belongings of the complainant . The officers immediately followed up the information, and arrested the two suspects in Albert road .
