Hi Chris, Regarding VS patrols: are you referring the Vetus Schola patrol cars or the foot patrol? Foot patrols and vehicles patrols are scheduled according various factors including; hotspots where the car is needed, supervisor shifts etc.
I will follow up on this with more information and report back. The police, to my knowledge have not caught anyone on this as yet. I have put the word out on Twitter, facebook and the like to report when you see someone scratching under the hood of a car - this will be the only way to catch 'em. To residents - please do not confront these people yourselves - please phone VS on 021-447-1066 immediately to question and detain suspects.
