A quote from the Woodstock Police spokesman Malila refers. He is quote
as having said "the only assumption that I can make is that he spoke
to a junior member who doesn't know the system at all."

How unimaginative Malila is I can think of many more just as plausible
possibilities - oh like "another assumption I could make is that the
police officer was too lazy and did not give a damn"

If Malila's assumption is correct, then what is the SAPS going to do
about it. How can they have officers - junior, senior, trainee manning
the police station and not knowing how to. Surely before you let them
loose on the public and victims of crime they should have had a basic
minimum level of training as to when to open case.

Not good enough Malila - not good enough Woodstock SAPS - not good enough SAPS.
