This morning when i took out my bike from behind the house and our neighbours *behind our house) also went to work, a suspicious man was just standing in the parking area of my neighbours. The parking in front of the house is open to the street, and he was standing there the whole time watching cars and people passing by. Once my neighbour left, he went to the other side of the street and watched from there, also looking at me a few times.
Please can VS just go around there this morning - or during the day and keep an eye. This really wasn't a pleasant chap, and also didn't look like he was working somewhere in the vicinity.
