A follow up to my message that I sent last week Wednesday about the topic. The same black male was standing on the corner of Bowden & Oxford this morning, looking intently on the double storey house on the corner. I came out of the house and walked past him at which point he started to slowly walk up Bowden towards Main Road. I took my time and watched him and saw that he was looking at houses and cars while he was walking very slowly up towards main road. It's definitely the same man, as he was again wearing the same clothes. He was wearing a baggy light faded blue denims, with a light grey rain- jacket with hoody. He didn't have he's hoody on while i was looking, but then proceeded to pull he's hoody over he's head. He's got short curly hair and what looks like the start of a moustach. He doesn't look homeless, but he also doesn't look well-kept.
Something about this person is bugging me, especially the way that houses and cars are being inspected. Please be on the lookout for him. Should I come across him again, I will try and take a picture.
