Hi Reinmar VS already removed a person from that vicinity earlier, apparently a bit mentally disturbed, odd behaviour. He supposedly lives on Baker Street and currently being removed from the area and finer details noted of him. Should you or anyone see him again prowling, don't' hesitate to contact 02 447 1066, the VS Control Room here at the Observatory Train Station premises, and if possible try to monitor of what he really gets up to doing.
