At a Joints Meeting this morning I noted to SAPS that, as per Frank's accurate list of reported stolen battery incidents, the trend appears: 1 was stolen in June; 2 in August; 4 in September; *and now 6 in the first half of October?*
The ONW was told at the onset of our ONW patrols three years ago, every time you walk out of your house or office, consider it as a patrol, observe, retreat and report, and monitor the situation of crime.
