Perhaps this makes me sound like a goodie-goodie, but I was quite shocked when I got to the "but" in Virgil Brits's reply to Jo-Anne's complaint. I can see why James does what he does when looking out for "baddies" but that's his own business; he's not working for someone else - and someone who's being paid for by all of us at that.
