Neighbors are feeling the effects of the addictions as things disappear from their properties and cars being broken into in these concentrated areas. * * * * * * * *The reasons why they are allowed to sleep on these properties rage from reasons like cheap security guards to protect the property from crime, to keep the property clean, running daily errands and even at the clear sight of these individuals deteriorating health state. Some are manipulated into feeling guilty if they do not assist with providing a sleeping spot.* * * * * * * *Please give and act responsibly and convince these homeless individuals to consider rehabilitation.* * * * * * * *I have managed to place all seven new arrivals and once again proved that new arrivals are more open to excepting assistance and make use of services than our regular homeless community in Observatory.
